These Terms of Service govern your use of deadloom.com and any purchase you make from DEADLOOM. In these terms, “DEADLOOM,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the store operated under the trade name DEADLOOM by ChenYiying. The store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and services.

By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the website. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

We aim to present product descriptions, colors, images, media, prices, and availability accurately. Display settings, lighting, and production variation can affect how colors and details appear. Campaign images are styling references; review the product page and product media before ordering. If a material product detail is incorrect, contact us so we can review and correct it.

We may update product information or discontinue an offer. These changes do not affect orders already accepted, except where a change is required by law or agreed with you.

4. Prices and orders

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Taxes, duties, shipping charges, and other applicable charges are shown at checkout where Shopify or the relevant provider can calculate them. Import charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient under the law of the destination country.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order where payment is not authorized, product availability is incorrect, information appears fraudulent or materially inaccurate, delivery is unavailable, or the order cannot lawfully be fulfilled. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Checkout and payment

Checkout and payment services are provided by Shopify and the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own terms and privacy notices. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are currently fulfilled from mainland China. Processing times, delivery estimates, shipping availability, tracking, customs information, and possible surcharges are described in the Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Returns and refunds

Return eligibility, return shipping responsibility, damaged or incorrect items, refund timing, and contact instructions are described in the Refund Policy. Do not send an item to the correspondence address or any other address before receiving approved return instructions.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the website or its content to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with security, scrape or overload the service, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access. 15. Severability and waiver

These terms and purchases from DEADLOOM are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available to you in the country where you live. Any dispute will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
